SNOW THAT DISAPPEARED IN THE MORNING

I was happy to witness the first snowfall of this season. It started around midnight. I really wished that I was in Central London that time, but my health was not in good shape to step out. So I had to remain inside my home and witness it through the window. Nevertheless, I thought I would at least take some snaps like the one below, through the window, in the morning.

But soon I heard the rain coming down and morning gave me another clean normal day at 13 degrees centigrade. I was a bit disappointed but I am hoping to see another bout next week.

A STUNNING GRACE IN ABSOLUTE DEFEAT

These were shot during a fall in Renton, Washington State, USA. These are one of the many things I look at when I am down in spirit. Nature gives us so many subtle lessons to observe and learn. Even when these trees stand all stripped and bare, they emanate a certain beauty, a stunning grace. I feel it is a show of their indomitable spirit, conveying the message that they will soon be back in full bloom and glory.
